UCL Friends & Alumni Association, Inc.

UCL Friends & Alumni Association, Inc. (UCLFAA), serves as the University College London’s primary charitable organization in the United States. UCLFAA is an independent 501(c)(3) tax-exempt entity recognized by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service, which accepts gifts to benefit the University, and related institutions.  In compliance with IRS regulations, the Board of Directors of UCLFAA maintains complete discretion over the allocation of the funds it receives.  Gifts to UCLFAA qualify for an income tax deduction to the full extent allowed by law.
