Who We Are

The UCL Friends & Alumni Association is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization (recognized by the US Internal Revenue Service), which encourages donations to support UCL. In compliance with IRS regulations, the independent Board maintains complete discretion over the allocation of gifts to UCL. Gifts to the UCL Friends & Alumni Association qualify for an Income Tax deduction to the limits allowed by law. All gifts made to the UCL Friends & Alumni Association are subject to a 5% top-slice fee, up to a limit of $500 per gift, to assist with the organization’s administration costs.

Any allocation you choose will be taken into consideration by the Board when awarding their grants.

The UCL Friends & Alumni Association exists to support UCL. Members of the Board are UCL volunteers and upon accepting membership to the Board, each member becomes responsible for the activities, purpose, and effectiveness of the organization.
